Travelling Guidelines

Check-in

We advice customers to arrive at the flight location early. Flights include a 30-minute training session about flight preparations, including the creation of the performance and weight calculations of the aircraft, weather monitoring and browsing through other flight details. Before the flight we also have a short safety briefing, after which we are ready for the adventure flight.

Luggage

It is forbidden to have any dangerous goods on Nordicflite flights. Nordicflite advises customers to leave large luggage in the guarded flight preparation area during the flight and collect it after the flight.

Do you want more information on the luggage that can be taken onboard? Visit Finsecpro’s website for a short clarification. The Nordicflite crew will give more instructions before the flight.

Children without a guardian

Due to the fact that Nordicflite does not have cabin crew, children under the age of 7 are not allowed to participate in flights without a guardian. Children between 7 and 12 years old can participate if there is a guardian upon arrival and with an informal written consent from the guardian.

The written consent will be checked in Check-In. After the flight, the guardian must be present at the airport.

Flight tickets for children can be purchased from Nordicflite customer service on +358 (0) 600 10 202. or on the Book an Adventure Flight tab.

Passengers with reduced mobility

Passengers with reduced mobility are advised to contact Nordicflite customer service in order to agree on flight details. Call +358 (0) 600 10 202 or send email to info@nordicflite.com.

Pets and guide dogs

As a general rule, Nordicflite does not allow animals on flights.
